Jonathan has performed as a featured soloist with the Grand Rapids Choir of Men and Boys and the Calvin Oratorio Society and is also a founding member of the Antiphon Brass, a six piece brass ensemble that plays music of many styles. He also plays with the duo Simple Beats along with his brother, the St. Andrew's Cathedral Brass, and serves as the principal trumpet in the Calvin Community Symphony.  Jonathan has also performed with the Holland Symphony, Hark Up, Civic Theater's Pit Orchestra, the band Ultraviolet Hippopotamus, as a soloist at numerous churches, on various artists' recording projects, and for over a hundred weddings.
